Company history - tradition and future orientation

mack AUTOMATION GmbH is a family-run concern, which over the years has developed its position as a reliable business partner for automation technology. Our history is characterized by commitment, motivation and constant further education and specification. Through our expansion of expertise, we ensure that we will meet your needs and desires even more individually and with greater precision now as well as in the future. A brief overview of our history can be seen below:

1974: Founding of Elektro-Mack GmbH in Baindt
1978: Construction of a new building complex on Kiesgrubenstraße including an electronic workshop for electrical-cabinet construction as well as office and employee areas
1981: Expansion of the electronic workshop in Kiesgrubenstraße plus creation of additional office space
1987: Construction of an additional office and administration building
2000: New construction of production hall II including the expansion of the warehouse and cafeteria
2006: Founding of Mack Holding GmbH by Business Executive Karl Mack, which combined Elektro-Mack GmbH in Baindt, ruhlamat GmbH in Marksuhl (with subsidiaries in China, USA, India and Malaysia) and SMR Sondermaschinen GmbH in Wutha-Farnroda
2013: Construction of production hall III
2018: First-time participation in the Ravensburg Education Fair as an exhibitor
2019: Integration of the new business field of special machine construction
2020: Delivery of the first fully automatic production plant for expansion elements manufactured in-house as well as several plants for the production of face masks (surgical masks), Appointment of Wolfgang Kessler to the Executive Board
2021: Change of company name to "mack AUTOMATION GmbH"
